Tasks

-Stores Operations: Oversee receiving, storage, and issuing processes; ensure safe use of forklifts, EWPs, and compliance with WHS and CoR standards. -Maintenance Support: Coordinate with planners to prepare stock for scheduled works and respond quickly to breakdowns. -Leadership & Reporting: Lead and develop stores staff; provide accurate inventory and cost reports. -Inventory & Procurement: Maintain stock levels and critical spares; manage supplier relationships for timely, cost-effective delivery. -Safety & Compliance: Drive safe work practices, manage hazardous goods, and maintain regulatory compliance. -Make a real impact on the performance and sustainability of critical infrastructure.

What You Bring

-Mandatory: Forklift license and demonstrated forklift operation competency. -Experience with ERP or CMMS inventory systems. -Strong knowledge of WHS, CoR, and environmental requirements. -Desirable: EWP license and experience using EWPs for high-level storage and access. -Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Proven leadership experience in warehouse or stores operations, preferably in civil or maintenance.
