Support coordination of schedule changes due to design modifications or supply delays.
Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives such as Kanban, visual management, and standardized work.
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on order priorities, material readiness, and work center capacity.
Escalate capacity or delivery risks promptly to the Production Planning Manager.
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance scheduling accuracy, reduce lead times, and improve throughput.
Manage schedule adjustments for expedited orders, delays, or material shortages, ensuring proactive communication with stakeholders.
Support the adoption of best practices for ERP utilization and production reporting.
Participate in cross-functional planning meetings to synchronize schedules with purchasing, fabrication, and assembly.
Review customer orders, validate ship dates, and ensure alignment with published lead times.
Serve as the communication link between production, planning, materials, and customer service teams.
Partner with Supply Chain and Materials Planning to ensure timely material flow to production lines.
Utilize ERP (INFOR preferred) to plan, monitor, and adjust manufacturing activities.
Analyze resource and material availability to identify bottlenecks and constraints.
Coordinate with Production, Fabrication, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment of schedules with available resources.

Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
3–7 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations coordination in a manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Knowledge of Manufacturing processes, lean principles, and capacity planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (required).
