Overview
Operate, monitor and maintain water/effluent treatment assets for optimal performance.

Tasks
-Develop good team working behaviours with the client and other AOL staff -Gather all systems information and complete plant logs to understand the function and operation of the ETP on the site Utilising plant information, identify any changes in system performance and/or potential operational problems, evaluate and make initial recommendations to return plant to its optimum operating condition -Identify faults, evaluate rectification measures and to make initial recommendations, in order to carry out basic and/or complex repairs. -Actively develops individuals and team. -Establish and maintain professional relationships with customer personnel, AOL and sub-contractor staff. -Work within the client and AOL HSE systems -Development and maintenance of good housekeeping practices -Promptly raise any issues which could effect both the client and AOL. -Identify training needs to Manager

What You Bring
-Ability to complete purchase requisitions and track costs. -Experience of working directly with sub-contractors. -Understand the multi-skilled (EMI) maintenance function in order to complete basic and/or complex maintenance tasks and to work unsupervised with a proactive attitude. -To be able to demonstrate previous work experience, an ability to interpret technical -Recognised maintenance qualifications (for example NVQ) -Ability and knowledge to complete basic and complex repairs and maintenance. -Operational and maintenance knowledge of Effluent/Water treatment plants. -Recognised time served as a Maintenance Fitter / Engineer. -Delivery Focus – Implementation and delivery focused, setting goals for self and others and meeting them. -Under go training as required -Cooperation – able to influence/persuade those from whom you have no line management responsibility. -advanced technical literature and engineering drawings to affect repairs of complex -Manages Complexity – ability to work in complex environments with multiple stakeholders -Ability to use Maintenance Management Systems -Computer literate -Communication Effectiveness – open and involving team in planning and decision making, Having a positive impact on individuals and situations. -To be able to demonstrate through previous work experience, an ability to interpret -Visible ownership on HSE issues at all levels both in the client organisation and within AOL
