Tasks

-Support the creation of baseline schedules and scenario planning to assess schedule impacts and risks. -Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather inputs and update schedules throughout the project lifecycle. -Ensure alignment with WSP’s project control standards and client requirements. -Help drive continuous improvement in scheduling tools and processes across the business. -Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project to support successful project delivery. -Contribute to progress reporting and variance analysis, helping teams stay on track and informed. -Assist with resource loading, cost integration, and critical path analysis to optimize timelines and outcomes.

What You Bring

-Post-secondary education in engineering or construction management, with 2+ years of relevant experience (internship or consulting firm experience welcome). -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). -Hands-on familiarity with scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. -Bilingual proficiency in French and English to support national project delivery and client engagement.
