Tasks

-Serves as the primary point of contact for system and application development, including defining business requirements, providing expertise, and assisting the User Acceptance Testing (UAT). -Support lease-ups and asset management projects by ensuring accurate system and application setup for existing and new developments. -Provides technical support for associates using resident-and-vendor facing systems and applications, including Tier 1 support -Advise Instructional Design teams to guide the development of training programs involving enterprise systems, applications, and supporting software. Ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with system functionality and user needs. May facilitate training as needed. -Provide systems support on the implementation of jurisdictional requirements. -Assists with acquisitions onboarding, including conversion of community data into AvalonBay systems and community setup with AVB systems/applications. -Design and conduct quality assurance monitoring & reporting to ensure systems and applications are used as intended, within compliance and in accordance with AVBs policies and procedure.

What You Bring

-Satisfactory completion of AVB’s new hire orientation within 30 days of employment or the first training session offered after employment. -Ability to operate general office equipment (computer, telephone, copier, fax machine) -Strong analytical skills to review reports, interpret data, and prioritize tasks. -Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-family property management, real estate, hospitality, or retail. -All System and Facilitation-related training -Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred. -High School diploma (or equivalent) is required -Minimum 3 years of experience on one or more of AvalonBay’s software applications required. See list of applications in the KSA section below. -Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create reports, deliver presentations, and work across different teams. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Strong attention to detail in compliance monitoring, training needs identification, and quality assurance. -Displays advanced knowledge of three or more of AvalonBay’s software applications such as DocuSign, Fraud and Screening Tools, Online Policy Manual, Catalog, Pendo, Workday, App Lease, Lease Manager, Avalon Access/Resident Portal, Community Database, SMRTRent, MRI, Salesforce, and Smart Access.
