Tasks

-Complete on-demand/monthly invoicing for production departments; to include -The physical demands of the job may include occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of office materials up to 15 pounds. -Request and monitor client issued purchase orders (PO) and extra purchase orders -Participate in cross-functional meetings to learn accounting processes and -Maintain accurate project records of accounting transactions, including general -Set up projects in accounting software (Deltek Vantagepoint). -Support the monthly close process by gathering data, performing basic -Prepare and compile financial reports and schedules for internal use and audit -Audit/approve weekly timesheets. -Assist with intercompany transaction tracking, accruals, and basic reconciliations. -Review and sign lien wavers (Hyphen and physical copies). -Complete collections for specific departments. -The position involves sitting for extended periods, performing data entry, and engaging in frequent communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions. -Assist with draft pulling/distributions. -Research and monitor invoices for checks and deposits. -Participate in special projects or process improvement efforts under the guidance -Navigate client portals, pay-applications, etc. -The role involves regular communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders, both in person and through virtual platforms. -Monthly reporting, to include monitoring of customer accounts and overdue -Maintain professional communication and accurate record keeping.
