The Role

Overview

Front‑desk receptionist delivering Arabic & English guest services and handling check‑in/out.

Tasks

-Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly -Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction -Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions -Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process -Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries in Arabic and English -Handle payments and maintain accurate records -Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests

What You Bring

-Professional appearance and friendly communication skills -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities -Fluent in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus) -Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, PMS, or similar is an advantage) -Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays -Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles (preferred)
