Tasks

-Maintain field intelligence and feedback pertinent information on competitor’s activities, product, prices, business performance and develop the necessary business strategies to ensure the company excels. -Prepare and follow through of quotation -Recommend solutions to customer requirements which will have company’s competitive advantage -Communicate and work closely with other departments in ensuring the overall company objectives/performance is achieved at all times. -Proactive selling of Labour and Material (L&M), Retrofits, Parts, Preventive Service Agreements (PSA) and new initiatives through schedule and/or drop in visits -Represent the company to customers with professional appearance, maintain consistent communication with customers as well as establish the long-term relationship with them -Service business performance growth through pro-actively selling (existing and new initiatives) -Maintain existing customer base and develop new customer base to ensure continuous business growth. -Update of installed base, SFDC and Service Max opportunities -Execution of business operation and conduct are to conform to JC Singapore policies. -Review received order against quotation, comments on T&C’s and book in/hand over of orders. -Ensure JCI’s ethics, policies and procedures are followed

What You Bring

-Good communication, analytical, organizing & relationship management skills -Engineering Degree onwards or equivalent (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Process) -Industrial & Process Refrigeration products, systems or maintenance knowledge -Good communication skill in English -Understand pricing, quotation, technical proposal, clarification & negotiation with factory/vendors during quotation preparation, and budgeting -3 years and above experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, F&B, HVAC/Refrigeration or similar industries
