Project Cost Consultant (Nordics)

Overview

Assist cost consulting for a hyperscale data centre in Norway/Finland, pre/post contract work.

Tasks

-Supporting the estimating process on 2 separate cost plans -Supporting the procurement of the following packages: -Principally assisting the Commercial Lead, MEP cost lead and CSA cost lead -Post Contract support on the above packages: -Support on the monthly cost reporting process -The role covers assisting on both pre-contract and post contract activities as follows:

Requirements

• relevant experience

What You Bring

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. -A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. -Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. -Willingness to learn and develop professionally -Travel to site essential -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant quantity surveying software. -Strong numerical and analytical skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
