Tasks

-Manage correspondence, calendars, meetings, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality. -Support HR functions such as employee documentation, insurance administration, and record management. -Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to ensure smooth daily operations. -Support in accounting, office and administration. -Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates. -Contribute to employee relations and assist with HR initiatives, events.
