Overview

Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of finance COE projects.

Tasks

-Coordinate with cross functional teams to remove roadblocks and maintain project discipline and momentum -Define milestones, dependencies and resource requirements in collaboraiton with workstream owners -Ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards -Develop project charter along with workstream owners for all COE approved projects -Ensure project adheres to established frameworks, standards and processes and leverages Eaton Business Systems -Schedules and facilitates regular status meetings, steering committee and stakeholdr reviews -Maintain project schedules and proactively identify slippages, risks -Monitor progress, track key deliverables, and proactively escalates risks or delays -Develop detailed project plans, timelines and identify critical activities/paths -Adopts an agile approach to project delivery -Collaborate with workstream owners to propose mitigation and contingency plans to keep project on track -Develop the communication plan to ensure relevent stakeholders are provided with timely project updates -Drive day to day exeuction of project activities, ensuring adherence to project charter and project plans -Prepare and circulate 4 UP's, RAID, dashboards, reports and other relevent documentation fo stakeholder and sponsor visibility -Identify, assess and track project risks and issues

What You Bring

-Experience with project management tools e.g. MS Project, Jira, ProPM -Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or Information technology -This role will require strong project management skills, stakeholder management, ability to identify and manages risk and work in a cross-functional, matrix organization to drive seamless execution of COE projects -Strong planning and organization skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously -Excellent Office365 tools (Power BI, Powerpoint, Word, Excel etc.) -Excellent stakeholder engagement and communicaiton skills -High degree of accountability and ownership, able to drive progress -10 years+ of total experience in finance or IT domain preferably in an reporting and advanced analytics function -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic enviroments -Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) -CI Tools - BPI, DMAIC, PDCA etc. -Proactive, solution oriented with a strong attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills. -Skilled in time, priority and task management. -5-8 years of experience in Project Management or project coordination
