-Drive business development by nurturing relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities. -Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient operations. -Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior leadership and clients. -Lead, manage, and oversee the successful execution of multiple construction projects from start to finish. -Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and staff. -Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. -Develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. -Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
