-Supervise modellers in integrating hydraulic modelling (1D–2D) with engineering aspects. -Develop automation tools to improve efficiency and quality. -Support recruitment and staff development. -Implement robust review methods and maintain thorough documentation. -Liaise with clients on a daily basis. -Clarify expectations and outcome measures to ensure successful project delivery. -Model verification -Contribute to winning new work and expanding into new regions. -Influence delivery teams to adopt smarter methods. -Build strong internal and external relationships through value addition. -Train modellers to understand engineering constraints and opportunities for realistic model outputs. -Take accountability for high-standard deliverables. -Lead project teams and manage client relationships. -Optioneering and outline design of solutions

What You Bring

-Preferably chartered or close to attending chartership interview with institutions such as ICE or CIWEM. -Model build (1D–2D) -InfoWorks ICM -MicroDrainage or similar tools -Proficient in: -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: -Strong communication and writing skills. -Self-motivated, assertive, and capable of working under pressure. -Minimum 12 years in hydraulic design or modelling. -Flexible and adaptable to new challenges as per business needs.
