Tasks

-Lockout/Tagout (LOTO): Develop LOTO procedures across utility-scale solar and electrical operations. Conduct regular LOTO audits and inspections, Review and update the LOTO program, and uphold the highest standards of hazardous energy control. -Arc Flash Prevention Program: Perform arc flash analyses, conduct incident investigations, and maintain up-to-date labeling and documentation in accordance with NFPA 70E and IEEE 1584. -Electrical Protective Equipment: Develop arc-rated PPE standards and requirements, ensuring proper selection, use, and maintenance of protective equipment while aligning with regulatory and company-specific requirements. Provide expert technical support to field and operations teams. -Training: Develop and deliver engaging electrical safety training covering LOTO, Arc Flash Prevention, PPE standards, and related topics.
