Tasks

-Assign tasks to technicians/apprentices and support junior staff development. -Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring quality, innovation, and compliance. -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (geotechnical, environmental, structural, planning). -Lead feasibility studies, concept development, and detailed design packages with relevant code knowledge. -Apply appropriate analytical techniques to break down complex problems and present technical work to clients.

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of design codes and standards (Eurocode, BS codes, ACI). -Demonstrate strong understanding of water-related structures (e.g., treatment facilities, pump stations, tanks, retaining walls). -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Ability to prepare technical reports and collaborate with diverse teams. -Deliver independently in one or more technical areas with minimal supervision. -Adaptability and flexibility in response to project changes. -Mandatory: Degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or Business. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university (Chartered Engineer status preferred). -Desirable: Chartered status in a relevant profession. -Proficiency in structural analysis/design software (e.g., Robot, STAAD Pro).
