Overview

Perform roofing maintenance, repairs, and installations at height on commercial and industrial sites.

Tasks

-Utilising portable devices to undertake dynamic risk assessments on site and preparing reports on completed works. -Working in teams on reactive and planned maintenance jobs -Reactive building maintenance identifying leaks & rectification (pitched roofing, guttering, slating, concrete tiling, GRP flat roofing)

• ipaf
• driving licence
• first aid

What You Bring

-Full issue of PPE (personal protective equipment) -Driving Licence (required) -NVQ (Slating & Tiling / Sheeting & cladding) -CSCS labourer or skilled worker -First aid -Availability to be on call on a rota basis -Must be flexible with working hours, working away, early starts, late finishes and some weekends as and when required. -IPAF (1b, 3a, eb) -Working at height safely on a daily basis -Good communication and customer service skills
