-Full Class 1 NZ Drivers Licence essential - with WTR endorsements an advantage -Experience or exposure to civil plant operations - Asphalt Plantand Wheeled Loaders -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will work with an extensive range of Downer and contracting crew members -Experienced and able to learn computer systems
