Tasks

-Undertake financial analysis, feasibility studies, and pricing advice for clients. -Negotiate heads of terms and support the transaction process from instruction to completion. -Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the agency’s client base. -Source, market, and execute investment and development sales across the £5m-£50m value range. -Build and maintain relationships with developers, funds, property companies, and private investors.

What You Bring

-Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to close deals in a competitive environment. -Proven experience in development or investment agency, ideally within residential markets. -A strong understanding of the London property market and investment dynamics. -Ability to analyse and appraise development and investment opportunities. -Confident communicator with strong presentation and report-writing skills. -Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and client relationship management.
