Tasks
-Collaborate closely with team members. Clarify requirements and make timely decisions on execution details -Conduct training sessions and provide training material to internal and external stakeholders -Actively manage stakeholders’ requirements and expectations throughout each project while maintaining the product vision and release plans -Prepare category strategies and work closely with business stakeholders and the other team members to support business goals, drive revenue and profitability. -Communicate clearly with multiple teams collaborate with the design teams and train all internal support teams on new releases

What You Bring
-Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (Technical, Supply Chain or Engineering) -Project management skills, including a demonstrated ability to develop a project schedule with key milestones, resources, costs and some assessment of risk; track progress; and accurately report the status of the project -HVAC product knowledge -Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position -The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth -Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to gather data, assess trends, identify gaps, use imperfect data to draw reasonable conclusions, and assemble a set of recommendations supported by numerical facts -5 + years of experience -MS Word proficiency -2-4 years of related experience in previous Category Management experience -Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
