Tasks

-Ensuring Goods and Services are Receipted. -Providing reporting support to the Senior Commercial Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor. -Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor and SUS Management Team, with deliver of regular reporting of Management Information. -Timely collation and administration of contract and commercial paperwork. -Submitting Applications for Payment to Clients. -Gathering, collating and value works completed across multiple clients. -Gathering and collating Data Feedback / Measurement Track sheets from Supply Chain. -Administrating the Subcontractor Payments -Ensuring Plant & Equipment Returns completed and returned to Head Offices functions. -Supporting the Administration, Notifications, Change Events and Variations to works. -Distribution of Cost Reports to Project Management & Operation teams

What You Bring

-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel -Degree in a Construction / Quantity Surveying discipline -Highly motivated -Numerate and able to work with figures -Forward thinking and keen to develop smarter delivery of work -Good communicator -Microsoft Office proficiencies, in particular: Excel Skills, PowerPoint, Word -Utilities / TM/ Construction Experience (Preferred) -Strong knowledge of contracts -You must have the Ability to time manage and set priorities under tight deadlines -Positive attitude towards problem solving -Quantity Surveying / Accounting Background (Preferred) -Business Administration. -Well organised -Ability to work under pressure -Able to work under own initiative -Experience in working within a busy office environment. -Strong communication and inter personal skills -Strong commercial and financial acumen
