The Role

Overview

Night shift Level 1 Help Desk supporting voice/data/security projects and remote troubleshooting.

Tasks

-Implement, change, and create processes for different project needs when they arise -Capture data from projects including check-in/out times, time on site, and validating work completion documentation -Working with technicians in the field to troubleshoot cabling/network issues -Remotely configure/verify port configurations and network settings -Provide troubleshooting support to field techs via phone, bridge calls, and emails -Adhere to all required project safety requirements.

What You Bring

-High school Diploma or equivalent required -IP camera programming experience -Knowledge of Analog / IP, and CCTV -Cisco. Juniper, March, or Verint knowledge a plus -Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills -Able to work the night shift -1-year of voice, data, security, or electrical field experience -Ability to execute and or create programs and scripts -Experience with Network switch programming -Configure and program hardware remotely -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Highly proficient with the use of computers, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs -Manufacturer certifications -Must type at least 40 WPM -Exceptional problem-solving skills -Efficiently read and decipher manufacturer instructions
