Tasks

-Steer the direction of workplace projects and oversee the process / output of your team to ensure a high level of execution and client satisfaction -Lead programming efforts, employee surveys, test-fits, business interviews, utilization studies, mobility assessments, visioning sessions and focus groups. -Develop, implement, and manage Workplace Strategy engagements -Partner with our brokers for business development, pursuits, proposals, and client service delivery -Collaborate with JLL Marketing and Research to create workplace collateral and thought leadership pieces -Maintain strong working relationships with internal customers (brokers, leadership, etc.) and key clients -This will include benchmarking current spaces and comparing to industry peers or researching an organization’s current workplace environment and identifying areas of potential improvements related to space usage, culture, or demographics. -Refine and localize the workplace service offering (process, tools, and deliverables) to be relevant in your market -Represent JLL’s workplace team at relevant industry forums and professional associations -Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) by staying abreast of current workplacetrends across industries and geographies. -Act as escalation point for delivery issues

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree (Required) -An entrepreneurial orientation with strong understanding of the business development challenges in the Real Estate advisory services sector -BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Track record as a key sales partner and contributor in working with a variety of internal and external customers and stakeholders in long, complex sales cycles/environments. -People management experience -Workplace program implementation experience in a corporate setting, working alongside cross-functional real estate, facilities, IT, HR, finance and change management teams (Preferred) -Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative research data and synthesize into meaningful and actionable results -Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in an agile environment, including virtual collaboration with remote colleagues -Proficiency in AutoCad, REVIT, BIM or other drafting technologies is (Required) -Proficiency in CAFM/IWMS system or other workplace technologies is (Preferred) -Strong background in business development and point-of-sale presentation skills -Strong time management skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines -Ability to multi-task in high-pressure deadline driven environments -Previously managed multiple projects and coordinated activities for various individuals/groups -PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Knows how to effectively structure, staff and manage projects and teams to insure there is clarity of expectation, timely execution, corrective action when needed and successful outcomes. -Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written -MBA or M.Arch, advanced degree and/or certifications (Preferred) -10-15+ years’ related experience in Workplace strategy, architecture, consulting, corporate real estate, facilities management, project management, construction management, design, human resources, organizational development, communications or change management roles -Energetic, creative, and willing to work hard in a fast-paced environment; enjoys variety and challenges of consulting work -ANALYTICS: Has a structured approach to problem solving with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. -INFLUENCE: Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others. -Understand the real estate project life cycle and be able to gather and analyze data and develop insights to inform and business decisions specific to existing and future client requirement -FLEXIBLE & ADAPTABLE: Able to work in ambiguous situations with optimistic inclinations. -LEADERSHIP: A leader with exceptional communication skills coupled with excellent active listening skills. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Establish and maintain strong relationships on all levels of organization.
