-Assist with the preparation, formatting, and proofing of reports and documents. -Provide general administrative support to the valuation team, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence. -Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative and reporting processes. -Support the team with data entry and management of valuation records. -Liaise with internal teams to gather and verify necessary information. -Ensure all documentation complies with internal standards and deadlines.

What You Bring

-Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. -Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within real estate or valuations. -Familiarity with property valuation processes or related software. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Experience in report writing or data analysis.
