-Phone conversation with Talent Acquisition team -Conduct quality inspections and manage any defect resolution -Support internal teams and sales associates with timely updates -Maintain accurate CRM records and track maintenance and warranty items -Coordinate home settlement logistics and ensure builder accountability -Liaise with residents for a smooth move-in experience
