Tasks

-Working closely with design professionals at a project level to produce deliverables with minimal supervision. -Prepare high-quality design deliverables. -Assist in the training and development of other CAD professionals. -Perform as a senior resource for CAD drafting/modeling at the project level. -Perform CAD drafting/modeling in a manner which adheres to accepted engineering practices and standards, as well as company and client standards. -Assist in the development, implementation and deployment of CAD drafting/modeling and survey standards on an office level.

What You Bring

-Experience with REVIT. -Must be detail oriented, thorough, well organized, and effectively manage time. -BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education -Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. -9+ years of relevant experience as an CAD designer within an Environmental consulting firm -Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. -Experience with BIM. Able to produce construction documents in BIM environments from start to finish with limited assistance. -Experience with survey and grading design. -Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field -Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage change effectively. -Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, and OpenRoads. -Ability to work both independently and as part of a project team. -Valid U.S Driver's License and as a condition of employment, must pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records Review -Consultative, service-oriented mindset and collaborative problem-solving skills.
