-Carrying out day-to-day repairs -Maintaining high-quality standards -Meeting first-time fix targets -Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays -Completing annual servicing visits

What You Bring

-The ability to work with a diverse customer base -Experience delivering high levels of customer service -Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential -Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points) -Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
