Assistant Project Manager

Tasks

-Ensure compliance with company processes and standards across all project activities. -Support client engagement activities to foster strong working relationships and improve communication and responsiveness. -Assist senior project staff with a variety of project management tasks, including the preparation and maintenance of project quality documentation and progress reports. -Take ownership of small-scale projects or specific components of larger projects, under the guidance of a more experienced Project Manager. -Continuously develop project management competencies through mentorship and hands-on experience. -Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. -Assist in the use and maintenance of internal project management systems and tools, such as Workbench or equivalent platforms. -Participate in project meetings, track action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion of tasks.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite -Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture -Strong knowledge of contract management and FIDIC contracts -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Excellent skills in budgeting, cost estimation, and scheduling -Knowledge of UAE construction laws and regulations -Effective communication and interpersonal skills -3-5 years of experience in project management -Excellent organizational and time management abilities -Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies -Experience in building projects is required -Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
