-Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance -Mentor junior PMs and project engineers -Lead all phases of mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout -Drive safety, quality, and client satisfaction across every phase -Collaborate closely with field teams, engineers, and clients to ensure top-tier execution

What You Bring

If you’re a seasoned PM who thrives on delivering large-scale, high-visibility projects on time and on budget — this opportunity is worth a serious look. -Open to candidates relocating to the Phoenix metro area -8+ years of Project Management experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Piping systems -Strong leadership, financial acumen, and client-facing communication skills -Proven success managing large commercial or industrial mechanical projects ($5M+) -Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
