Tasks

-Deliver top-notch service to customers: Communicate clearly, respectfully, and in a timely manner with customers and management during the repair process. -Keep your field truck tidy and organized: Maintain a clean and efficient work environment. -Stay up-to-date with evolving technology: Take advantage of company and manufacturer-sponsored training to adapt to changes in technology and learn new skills. -Fix machinery skillfully: Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly in the field or on the customer’s site. -Prioritize safety at all times: Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

What You Bring

-Effective communication abilities: Clear and concise, written or verbal, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team. -Keen attention to detail: Pay close attention to the specifics. -Use troubleshooting skills: Identify and resolve issues efficiently and independently. -Able to work independently and collaboratively: Work well independently and as part of a team. -Experience in diesel mechanics preferred: Mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics. -Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
