Manage resident services, events, inspections, and administrative tasks to ensure satisfaction.

Tasks

-Assist Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with paperwork flow and verifications -Assist the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with property-related tasks -Record and track all resident correspondence in Yardi -Provide input on setting the agenda for weekly and monthly staff meetings -Assist with in-house transfers, adding/removing roommates, and lease renewals -Ensure adherence to federal and state Fair Housing Laws and company policies -Prepare renewal letters for delivery to residents -Respond to resident feedback within 24 hours via the Resident Feedback system on mprop.net -Inspect apartments as needed to maintain property standards -Plan and organize resident events to foster community engagement -Complete weekly property inspections with a focus on resident balconies/patios and amenities -Maintain accurate resident files, including renewals, resident retention programs, and lease changes

What You Bring

-Skilled in understanding and addressing resident concerns with care and professionalism -Strong ability to foster positive relationships with residents and colleagues, creating an open and supportive environment -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills -Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting/analysis tools -Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or 3-5 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience -Sales and/or customer service training
