Tasks
-Design and deliver Sales Campaigns and Outcome-based Live Sessions -Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of all commercial Offerings and software support policies. -Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals consistently. -Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions. -Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to gather client feedback and provide input for product enhancements and new features. -Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell our structural, pipe stress, and offshore engineering software. -Understand client needs and requirements and provide tailored software solutions that address their specific challenges. -Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to generate leads and build brand awareness. -Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the engineering and construction industry. -Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities and provide insights to the management team. -Develop a sales pipeline and forecast all revenue by effectively following the sales process and managing all opportunities in our CRM as a daily sales tool and reporting system.

What You Bring
-Ability to travel 5% or less of the year. -Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate activities. -Excellent English language and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present information to users and prospects via phone and web. -Preferred minimum of one (1) year of technical sales experience within the Offshore Structural Industry or at a software company in Inside Sales, Financial Operations, or Customer Service, with a flair for communicating with accounts and maximizing the account’s outcomes and Bentley’s revenue. -Excellent cross-collaboration skills with various internal departments. -Expertly use LinkedIn and other social media means to engage prospects. -Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements). The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions. -Familiarity with Bentley or other products, ideally with STAAD, RAM, AutoPIPE, ADINA, SACS, or similar. -Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements). -Bachelor’s Degree in Offshore/Civil/Structural Engineering, or relevant training and experience. -Ability to discuss product values, positioning, differentiation, and highlights. -A pleasant non-intrusive manner, positive attitude, eye for detail, resourceful and inquisitive. -This is a full-time, individual contributor role expected to work 40 hours per week, home-based in the United States.
