Tasks

-Understanding and supporting financial reporting requirements across the directorate. -Mapping and documenting processes to support directorate-wide quality assurance. -Supporting the documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement of agile governance and change frameworks. -Gathering and analysing data for portfolio reporting and regulatory submissions. -Preparing reporting decks and inputs for internal and external boards, adopting sustainable reporting practices.

What You Bring

-Stakeholder management expertise, with the ability to understand needs and deliver tailored outcomes. -Applying strong programme management knowledge, including RAID, deliverables, metrics, and financial reporting. -Proven experience in implementing and supporting governance and reporting frameworks at portfolio or board level. -Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and deliver agile, fast-paced reporting outcomes. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex information and identifying key insights. -Technical capability to create processes, reports, and dashboards that support strategic decision-making. -High attention to detail, with experience in data cleansing, preparation, and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy.
