-Experience supporting a portfolio of at least $5B to $10B -Experience with award or incentive fee contracts -An extensive knowledge of subcontracting activities typical to the federal aviation, engineering and construction is required. In addition, excellent written and oral communications skills, a working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with procurement, and an ability to effectively negotiate subcontracts is also required, as well as proven ability to perform in a lead capacity. -Demonstrated experience successfully managing and leading teams -Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (or related field) and at least 7+ years of related management work experience involving typical procurement activities, including subcontracting.
