Manage contractor compliance data, onboarding, reporting and support in supply chain.

Tasks

-Support vendors with documentation and questions. -Staying organized and meeting deadlines. -Ensure vendors are compliant and properly onboarded. -Prepare reports for audits and leadership. -Review and approve vendor requests in ComplyWorks. -Coordinate CDS training and communications. -Collaborate with the Sustainability team. -Build dashboards and run compliance reports.

What You Bring

-Bilingual in English and French is an asset. -Being proactive and detail-oriented. -Familiarity with CDS/CMS registries (e.g., ComplyWorks, Avetta). -ISO 9001 knowledge is a nice-to-have. -Strong Excel and MS Office skills; Power BI is a plus. -3+ years of relevant experience and a diploma or certification. -Clear communication and relationship-building. -Background in HSEQ or Supply Chain.
