What You Bring

-Established market presence and professional network -Full UK driving licence -Proficiency in valuation software such as Argus Developer, Argus Capitalisation, KEL, and Valos -Full understanding of RICS Valuation - Professional Standards and UK GAAP/IFRS reporting -Proven ability to value a diverse range of commercial assets across sectors -RICS Registered Valuer -Extensive experience in commercial property valuation, ideally within the North West -MRICS or FRICS qualified -Demonstrated success in generating new business -Experience in valuing commercial investment and mixed-use properties -Handle multiple instructions efficiently and effectively -Familiarity with smart processes and technology to drive performance -Strong client-facing skills with a track record of positive feedback
