Tasks
The Senior Site Architect will be responsible for overseeing all architectural aspects of project execution on-site, ensuring design intent is implemented with the highest quality standards. This role acts as the key liaison between consultants, contractors, and the internal development team to safeguard Arada’s design vision, functionality, and compliance with regulatory requirements. -Supervise and monitor all architectural activities on site to ensure alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. -Ensure all works comply with local authority codes, regulations, and safety requirements. -Coordinate between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and design-related issues. -Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship, material quality, and adherence to Arada’s design standards. -Support project teams in identifying design risks, proposing practical solutions, and ensuring constructability without compromising design intent. -Report regularly on progress, quality issues, and risks to the Project Director / Design Manager. -Support handover processes, ensuring as-built documentation and final inspections meet Arada standards. -Participate in project meetings, design workshops, and progress reviews. -Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups. -Provide technical guidance to junior architects, site engineers, and other team members.

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university. -Strong understanding of UAE building codes, authority approvals, and industry regulations. -Professional membership/accreditation (e.g., RIBA, AIA, UAE Society of Engineers) preferred. -Strong organizational and reporting skills. -Minimum 8–12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC in a similar site-based role. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders. -Experience working with leading real estate developers, consultants, or contractors. -Proficiency in design and construction software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, BIM tools). -Ability to lead and mentor junior team members. -Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building materials, and construction methods. -Proven track record in managing large-scale mixed-use, residential, or commercial developments. -Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills with ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure.
