Tasks

-Maintain and repair wind turbines with your team to keep communities powered. -Document your work and continuously improve operational processes. -Collaborate with your team to improve turbine performance and share best practices. -Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections. -Accurately time code all work activities to support clear tracking of task duration, progress, and operational efficiency.

What You Bring

-Physically fit, comfortable working in various conditions, and at heights. -Safety-conscious and committed to best practices. -Ability to speak, read and follow instructions in English. -You have a high school diploma (Graduation Certificate or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and are legally authorized to work in Canada without the need for current or future sponsorship. -At least 6 months with a Wind Technician certificate, or 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields. -Highly developed problem-solving abilities and an engaged approach to responsibilities. -Able to work well with others and enjoy collaborative environments. -Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
