Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, install HVAC systems and coordinate projects.

Tasks

-Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs) -Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team -Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return -Manage workload and job scheduling -Keep manager informed of customer feedback -Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company -When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups -Report team performance issues to the Supervisor -Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork -Handle heavy workload of calls -Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts

What You Bring

-Communicate effectively and promptly -One (1) year of prior HVAC o mechanical technician experience is preferred -One (1) year of prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred -Must be 18 years of age or older -High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required -Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license
