  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards, and organizational policies.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather input and ensure schedules reflect accurate project scope and resource requirements.
  • Guide the establishment of baseline schedules and monitor progress to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Act as the primary scheduling expert, providing guidance and support to project teams and leadership.
  • Managing a team of scheduling professionals working primarily in Primavera P6.
  • Develop, integrate, maintain, and oversee the development of a programmatic Integrated Master Schedule using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with individual project objectives.
  • Ensure consistent scheduling practices across all projects and departments.
  • Analyze resource availability and allocation to ensure efficient utilization across projects. Identify potential bottlenecks or conflicts and implement solutions to maintain project timelines.
  • Conduct schedule risk analysis to identify potential delays and develop mitigation strategies. Prepare and present detailed reports on schedule performance, project progress, and key metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Helping to develop and continually improve processes and procedures for discernment and collection of relevant schedule data from a broad client base for incorporation into an Integrated Master Schedule.

  • Proven track record of managing complex schedules for large-scale projects in industries such as engineering , construction, infrastructure or software development.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Typically 20+ years of related experience, as well as several years in a managerial capacity. Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience using Primavera.
  • Experience in the large scale system modernization efforts.
  • Experience in a leadership role managing scheduling teams and coordinating with cross-functional departments.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret scheduling data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including earned value management (EVM).
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 (including resource loading, critical path analysis, and schedule optimization).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the Federal Aviation market, with specific recent experience and knowledge FAA, USACE, DoD, and other federal Agencies.
