Tasks

Lead hardware engineering projects for access control, gate/IoT devices, and integration with cloud-native and mobile platforms. Champion robust hardware-software interface, reliability, and collaborative innovation. Help shape smart security hardware and IoT integration for cloud-first security platforms at Envera Systems. Work at the interface of physical hardware, software, and modern systems.​ -Lead IoT integration efforts with AWS-hosted platforms, device APIs, and secure firmware updates. -Collaborate with software architects for secure connectivity to cloud and mobile apps (Flutter/React integrations).​ -Manage team building prototypes, mechanical designs, and engineering documentation. -Oversee failure analysis, reliability improvement, and technical support for large-scale security deployments. -Plan and implement security device management strategies to support live monitoring and cloud-edge infrastructure. -Develop and deploy integrated hardware solutions for security, gate, and access control products.

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, cloud/IoT device interface, and relevant CAD tools. -Hands-on experience integrating hardware with secure web/mobile platforms (preferred: Flutter, API endpoints). -Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; 10+ years in hardware security system deployments.​ -Experience in AWS/Azure IoT, device security. -Manufacturer certifications, low voltage licensing. -3+ years management/supervisory experience in hardware/software environments.
