Tasks
-Maintain and raise customer approval of said utility and its programs. -Work in a team atmosphere to collaborate and continuously improve operations year after year. -Perform all required duties as directed to inspect any company installed energy efficient equipment and products. -Provide a professional appearance appropriate for a representative of our organization and the client. -Assist with the strategy of acquiring unrestricted electrical licenses to support corporate licensing requirements. -Act as a training liaison for field level staff on smart home devices and thermostats. -Aid in the design and implementation of new programs, including cost estimates and trade ally management support. -Promote the energy efficiency program to the customer. -To ensure essential employees meet OSHA safety standards by providing and documenting initial and periodic safety training as required. -Provide guidance, instruction, and scope of work documentation for residential, commercial, and industrial smart device applications. -Ensure company quality standards are met. -Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc. -Provide evening and weekend support for troubleshooting smart home devices, thermostats, and/or EV charging issues. -Provide comprehensive training in smart home technologies and smart device connections in single and multi-family installations. -Develop a comprehensive understanding of the program’s strategic direction regarding energy efficiency and the business activities of its customers. -Inspect company installed energy devices and other equipment, subject to availability, to ensure installations meet all required building codes, electrical codes, and safety protocols. -Assume responsibility of compliance of all electrical installations made by employees under your supervision. -Occasional weekend travel to a job site to accommodate a customer’s need may be required. -Provide comprehensive electrical safety training and installation protocol to supervised employees. -Document equipment inspections, take necessary pictures, and accurately complete inspection forms.Assist other managers in day-to-day operations management of the assigned project.

What You Bring
-HVAC, lighting, controls or renewable energy -Knowledge of mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios. -Experience in electrical installations, alterations & repairs, manual labor and using industry specific tools -Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers, clients, and employees. -Reliable transportation -Must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and have an ability to prioritize workload. -Be knowledgeable of the theory of operation of customer equipment and installation methods of the demand response thermostats, EVSEs, and energy saving devices, , in the project to which they are assigned. -Weatherization or related fields -Ability to calculate and design electrical circuits, wiring, and devices per NEC. -Minimum experience to be eligible for licensing at the Master/Unlimited/Non-Restricted contractor level -Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design drawings. -Building science and design -Ability to identify and resolve project application issues with customers and trade allies. -Ability to interpret Building and Electrical codes. -Must be able to handle a wide variety of work, and work in a fast-paced environment. -Valid driver’s license -Electrical and technical aptitude required -Understand, follow, and comply with all safety protocols, work rules, and regulations, including State, Federal, and OSHA requirements. -Ability to lead, train, mentor, and supervise employees working under their license. -Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) of the current cycle as adopted by the state, city, or jurisdiction assigned. -High School diploma or equivalent required -Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems. -Strong understanding of adaptability of company installed products as to suitability of environments. -Smart home technology and smart device applications -Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook -Strong customer service and communication skills -Willingness to travel up to 50% -Electrical Master/Contractor license in state(s), cities, and jurisdictions which apply to the location of local employment -Background in one or more of the following: - Preferred
