Tasks

As an Account Manager at Doka USA, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and relationship management. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our formwork and shoring solutions to construction professionals. This Account Manager will report into our Northeast Branch Manager and will be responsible for managing and developing the New England market targeting the Eastern New Yok, Western Massachusettes and Connecticute territories. -Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. -Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the formwork industry through strategic customer acquisition and strengthening current client relationships. -Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. -Work closely with the sales team, engineering, operations, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience. -Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings. -Create customized proposals and quotes based on client requirements. -Conduct regular check-ins, provide product updates, and address any concerns or issues promptly. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues. -Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.

What You Bring

External candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA. -Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our formwork and shoring products to effectively educate and sell to clients. -Concrete construction experience required -Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or formwork industry. -Ability to travel as needed. -Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. -Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

In accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, Doka USA Ltd. is committed to providing a clear and equitable compensation structure for all roles. The salary range for this position is $62,000 - $75,000 annually, which is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. This range represents the base pay for the position and does not include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or other forms of compensation. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer and in accordance with internal equity and market data.
