Tasks

-Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bid documents -Support the development of project budgets and cost estimates -Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using advanced project management software -Monitor project progress, analyze variances, and report on key performance indicators -Perform cost analysis, forecasting, and earned value management -Conduct trend analysis to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement -Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed -Collaborate with project managers and team members to optimize resource allocation -Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to stakeholders -Implement and maintain project control systems and procedures

What You Bring

-Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) -Experience in the construction, engineering, or energy sectors is a plus -Familiarity with risk management techniques and earned value management -Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls or a similar role -Strong mathematical and statistical skills -Knowledge of Arabic language and familiarity with Saudi Arabian business practices is beneficial -Relevant project management or project controls certifications (e.g., PMP, EVP) are advantageous -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English -Experience with data visualization and reporting tools -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail -Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities -Strong knowledge of project control methodologies and best practices -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
