The Role

Overview

Sell and manage lettings, handling viewings, negotiations and tenant/landlord relationships.

Tasks

-Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping -Negotiate offers -Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants -Market properties to potential tenants -Arrange and conduct property viewings

What You Bring

-Strong work ethic -Must have access to a vehicle under 10 years old -Full UK Driving Licence required -Good communicator -Positive mindset -People skills
