Tasks
This is a role where you’ll lead with confidence, influence strategy, nurture talent, and strengthen client relationships—while being part of a friendly, collaborative, people-first culture. -Work alongside multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver joined-up, innovative project solutions -Lead, oversee and deliver landscape and townscape planning projects with a focus on quality and client satisfaction -Offer strategic advice on landscape capacity, sensitivity and character, including Green Belt evaluations -Guide, mentor and support a talented team, helping shape their professional growth -Provide expert input across LVIA, TVIA and strategic landscape assessments -Engage in business development - supporting bids, building relationships, and spotting new opportunities

PT Renewables is partnered with a global engineering consultancy looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Associate/Associate Directors to join a thriving Landscape Architecture team working on some of the most exciting and impactful projects across the UK. From concept to planning inquiry, your expertise will help guide decisions that shape real places and long-term outcomes. -Excellent communication skills and a leadership style that inspires confidence -A proven track record leading complex projects and managing client relationships -Extensive experience in landscape planning -Chartered status (CMLI or equivalent) -Strong LVIA / TVIA expertise and a broad understanding of landscape assessment work
