-Feedback & Iteration to collect feedback on content clarity, platform usability, and learning effectiveness. -Planning & Coordination with the Systems Engineering Training office, HR Talent Development, and corporate IT to define project scope, timeline, and deliverables. -Assessment Development to design quizzes and knowledge checks for each module.
