Tasks

Enhance brand presence to position 321Sports as a top multi-sport destination. Oversee content creation, including visuals, videos, and website updates. Serve as primary contact for media, influencers, and stakeholders. Plan and execute integrated campaigns for events, programs, and seasonal initiatives. Define and protect 321Sports brand identity across all channels. Support operational teams in risk assessments, incident reporting, and adherence to safety standards. Lead and mentor the marketing team, set KPIs, and manage workloads. Monitor performance using analytics and implement improvements. Ensure marketing supports venue hire, events, memberships, sports programs, and F&B. Manage digital and social media campaigns, SEO, and audience growth initiatives. Coordinate with Modon’s Corporate Marketing & Communications team to align strategies. Oversee creative direction for campaigns to ensure quality and brand consistency. Coordinate timelines and develop partner promotions to maximize engagement. Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and revenue targets. Build relationships with community groups, sports organizations, and media partners. Develop PR campaigns and oversee event coverage for visibility and engagement. Support sponsorship and partnership activations, ensuring timely delivery of benefits. Ensure all marketing and event activities comply with Health & Safety regulations. Target campaigns for corporates, schools, sports communities, tourists, and families. Manage marketing budget for maximum ROI. Liaise with internal teams to implement policies that protect staff, visitors, and contractors.

What You Bring

Proven leadership experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional projects. Minimum 5–7 years of marketing & Social Media experience, preferably in sports, fitness, leisure, or event-based industries. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems. Track performance. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
