Overview

Drive sales and expand key accounts for engineered composite solutions in WA.

Tasks

-Manage and grow relationships with assigned key accounts while driving new client acquisition. -Conduct regular client review meetings, provide feedback, and ensure a seamless service experience. -Support the creation and submission of tenders and proposals in collaboration with internal teams. -Monitor risks, address challenges, and adapt account approaches in response to competitor activity or changing client strategies. -Collaborate with technical, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of services. -Develop and execute effective Key Account Management (KAM) plans, including competitor analysis, market insights, cross selling opportunities and account strategies. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity pipelines and client plans using CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive). -Deliver engaging technical presentations and proposals, demonstrating how IC Integrity’s solutions meet client needs. -Deliver on annual sales targets, contributing to IC Integrity’s overall growth strategy. -Represent IC Integrity professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking forums, contributing to the company’s visibility and market intelligence.

-Self-motivation, resilience, and drive to achieve results. -Familiarity with the entire sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to close. -Superior planning, time management, and organisational skills. -Capacity to quickly understand technical concepts and the ability to clearly communicate value of engineered composite solutions. -Demonstrable sales and negotiation skills, with experience influencing at senior levels. -Proven track record in achieving - Experience in technical solution-based selling, ideally involving composite services or engineering products. -Strategic thinking capabilities with a high level of commercial awareness and problem-solving ability. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. -Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive) and modern sales tools. -Degree-level education (preferred but not essential). -Demonstrable commitment to company values, HSEQ standards, and continuous learning. -Experience working with CRM systems and IT tools.
