Overview

Ensures product/process quality via inspections, audits, and corrective actions.

Tasks

-Performs routine processquality checks -Assistsin the maintenance and improvement of the quality management systems required by ISO 9001 standards -Conducts training and certification of production associates -Creates and updates procedures and work instructions as required -Administers the issuance of non-conforming reports and works with the affected department on the formulation of corrective action plans -Works with manufacturing on process improvement initiatives -Performs quality inspections on parts and finishedgood assemblies -Conducts internal audits based on ISO 9001 standards -Facilitates on processing field quality issues,customer returns and supplier quality issues
