Overview

Oversee contractor resources for safe, timely, cost-effective wind service delivery in APAC.

Tasks

-Establish standardized deployment processes and ensure seamless coordination with site operations. -Partner with suppliers and internal training teams to maintain compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. -Provide feedback to the sales/commercial teams on resource capabilities to align customer expectations with delivery capacity. -Collaborate with Sourcing to develop, renew, or amend MSAs as needed to support evolving business needs. -Lead Contractor Management Reviews (CMRs) to evaluate supplier performance, track KPIs, and ensure timely corrective actions. -Contribute to strategic initiatives, including Lean projects and digital tool enhancements, to improve planning visibility and execution efficiency. -Ensure all documentation related to resource management, contractor performance, and compliance is accurately maintained and audit ready. -Collaborate with finance and business leaders to ensure cost transparency and accuracy in invoicing. -Drive delivery of all O&M KPIs, including RTS, standby reduction, and backlog management. -Partner with cross-functional teams to address resource deployment challenges and ensure operational alignment. -Partner with Sourcing to identify, qualify, and develop a robust network of third-party service providers. -Develop and execute a resource deployment strategy to meet service KPIs, including on-time maintenance, Return-to-Service (RTS), and MCU cycle times. -Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers, developing long-term strategic partnerships. -Promote continuous skill enhancement and uphold the highest standards of quality and workmanship. -Track and analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. -Lead the planned maintenance resource deployment function across the APAC region. -Act as the operational focal point for the execution of MSAs, ensuring suppliers comply with agreed terms and performance standards. -Lead planning and scheduling activities to ensure contractor readiness and alignment with service requirements. -Facilitate best-practice sharing across regions and maintain a contractor scorecard for business performance reviews. -Develop and implement action plans based on PM and EHS audit outcomes to drive ongoing improvement. -Ensure contractor resources are trained and certified per DCP (Onshore Wind Learning Platform) standards. -Work closely with sales and commercial teams to ensure smooth execution of transactional and project-based jobs. -Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of SDQC (Safety, Delivery, Quality, Cost) principles, maintenance practices, and operational risk management. -Experience: Minimum 10 years in the wind or renewable energy sector, with strong exposure to service operations and execution leadership. -Effective communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all organizational levels. -Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. -Strong commitment to safety, with thorough knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards. -Strong operational judgment, strategic thinking, and accountability. -Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships, commercial contracts, and service performance metrics. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently in a dynamic environment. -Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset. -Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time. -Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
